Symposium E3. Optoelectronic /Photonic Related Materials

The symposium will address the most recent developments in optoelectronics and photonics encompassing advanced devices, materials growth, characterization, processing, device fabrication, reliability, and other related topics. Papers on both practical issues and fundamental studies are solicited. The following areas are of particular interest:

(1.) low dimensional growth of compound semiconductors

(2.) novel low dimensional oxide materials for electronics and optoelectronics

(3.) carbon related materials for electronics and optoelectronics

(4.) advanced organic materials for electronics and optoelectronics

(5.) advances in low dimensional compound semiconductor processing

(6.) novel electronic and optoelectronic compound semiconductors
