1. Each accepted abstract should be enrolled by either the presenting author or co-author.    


2. Each registration with full payment is entitled to TWO presentation at most (such as 2 oral, or 2 poster, or 1 oral & 1 poster).

 

3.Contributor's registration and full payment should be completed no later than 24:00 (GMT+8), August 15, 2011. Late Registration will cause paper exclusion in Conference Proceedings and Program.

Letter of Invitation
Participants may request invitation letter from IUMRS-ICA 2011 Conference Secretariat (e-mail). The invitation is issued only for the purpose of entry visa application and is not a commitment from the organizers to provide financial aid to any applicant or their accompanying persons. Expenses incurred are the personal responsibility of the applicant.

 

 

Cancellation & Refund
Notification of cancellation and request for refunds must be sent in writing to the IUMRS-ICA 2011 (e-mail)
The following cancellation and refund policies will apply:
Before 24:00 (GMT+8), Aug. 15, 2011: 75% of Registration Fee  
After 24:00 (GMT+8), Aug. 15, 2011: no refund is applicable.
All refund will be processed after the conference has concluded.
