Manuscript Preparation Guidelines


Language: All manuscripts are to be written in English.
Format: Please refer to the Manuscript Template and Manuscript Sample to prepare your Manuscript.

  • Authors’ names, affiliations, Corresponding Author’s mailing add. and e-mail add. should be included.
  • The manuscript must be saved in WORD format.
  • 4 pages will be allotted to each manuscript. Page numbering should NOT be set in the electronic file.
  • The electronic file of each manuscript should not exceed 3 MB in file size.

 

 

 

Manuscript Submission Guidelines

  • Manuscript Submission is only available for those whose abstract(s) has been ACCEPTED by the Committee.
  • It is strongly recommended to submit your manuscript through On-line Manuscript Submission System with your Ref. No. and Pin No. given in the abstract acceptance notice.
    For those who have difficulties accessing the system, please email your manuscript in WORD format directly to the IUMRS-ICA Conference Secretariat (e-mail) and mention your Ref. No. as well as Presenting Author’s name clearly in the letter.

 

 

Attention:

  • Each accepted abstract should be enrolled by either the presenting author or co-author.
  • Each registration with full payment is entitled to only TWO presentation.
  • Contributor's registration and full payment should be completed no later than 24:00 (GMT+8), August 15, 2011.  Late Registration will cause paper exclusion in Conference Proceedings and Program.
