可於會議網站線上註冊。如果沒有線上註冊出問題請直接於與會議秘書處聯絡（電子郵件）。

將接受註冊僅在收到付款後的。當完成線上註冊完成後三天內寄送電子郵件通知您，3個星期內，將通過電子郵件發送的註冊之確認信。線上註冊於美東時間2011年08月31日24:00截止；線上註冊截止日期後之註冊請現場以現金 (NTD)繳納。
  

註冊費用

注意事項:
1. 每篇論文需有一位作者登錄註冊。.    

2. Each registration with full payment is entitled to TWO presentation at most (such as 2 oral, or 2 poster, or 1 oral and 1 poster)。( 多位作者之論文，同一註冊者最多以發表二篇為限)

3. 投稿者註冊必須於美東時間2011年08月15日24:00前完成。

4.如果您註冊為學生，請傳真/電子郵件學生 ID 或相關證明文件到會議秘書處。請於傳真/電子郵件上注明您的全名和註冊號碼。

線上註冊通知
完成線上註冊完成後，您將收到一個確認線上註冊之過電子郵件。在完成線上註冊後沒有收到此確認信請大會秘書處聯絡。

確認註冊
確認註冊信於註冊後 3 個星期內以電子郵件發送。

現場註冊
現場註冊僅接受新台幣。

大會邀請信
參與大會可要求大會邀請，邀請信只為入境簽證申請為目的，不為任何申請人或其隨附的人提供經濟援助的承諾。

Cancellation & Refund
Notification of cancellation and request for refunds must be sent in writing to the IUMRS-ICA 2011 (e-mail)
The following cancellation and refund policies will apply:
Before 24:00 (GMT+8), Aug. 15, 2011: 75% of Registration Fee  
After 24:00 (GMT+8), Aug. 15, 2011: no refund is applicable.
All refund will be processed after the conference has concluded.
